These Official Rules govern the Huggypredict Prediction Market Sweepstakes operated by Polsia, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. Contact: huggypredict@polsia.app
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in Huggypredict prediction markets or to enter the sweepstakes. You may enter in any of the following ways:

Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar month. Postcard must be received by the last day of each calendar month to count for that month's entries. Mechanically reproduced entries not accepted.

Huggypredict allows participants to make predictions on real-world events across categories including Hiring, Culture, Compliance, DEI, and Leadership. Each market poses a binary (YES/NO) question with defined resolution criteria determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Participants use virtual Sweep Credits (SC) to stake predictions. Sweep Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not constitute property. Predictions are for entertainment and engagement only and do not constitute investment advice, gambling, or wagering as defined by applicable law.

The Sponsor may limit entries per user and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any market without notice.
Market Prizes: Participants who predict the correct outcome in a resolved market receive additional Sweep Credits as follows:
Odds: The odds of receiving a prize depend on the total number of entries in each market and the implied probability at time of your prediction. Odds vary per market.
Winner Determination: For markets with insufficient entries to determine a winner by prediction alone, a random drawing may be conducted from all eligible entries. The Sponsor's determination of winners is final and binding.
Prizes consist exclusively of virtual Sweep Credits. Sweep Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or other items of value. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any prize at its sole discretion.

Huggypredict encourages responsible engagement. You may request a self-exclusion or account restriction at any time by contacting huggypredict@polsia.app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in Huggypredict, including loss of Sweep Credits, loss of data, service interruption, or errors in market resolution. Participation is at your own risk.
The Sponsor collects information about your activity on Huggypredict to operate the platform and improve services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to collection and use of your information as described therein.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You waive any right to a jury trial.
The Sponsor may modify these Rules at any time. Modified Rules will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules.
